A late Victorian Japanese eggshell porcelain 12 setting teaset with handpainted scenic design and gilt detailing. Octagonal shaped pieces comprising: 12 x cups & saucers (one cup a/f), 12 x 6.5" tea plates, teapot, lidded sugar bowl (chipped rim), milk jug, 'slop' bowl and 2 x 8.5" cake plates. Some pieces hand hand painted signature mark to reverse.
