Victorian Royal Navy Flag Officer's Sword
30 3/4 inch, single edged, slightly curved blade with large fuller. Traces of etching. Gilt brass guard with folding rear panel. Lion mask pommel and backstrap. Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding. Contained in its leather scabbard with ornate gilt mounts, all with central oak leaf bands.
