Very fine burr walnut and tulip crossbanded music box by J.H. Heller, Bern, the 17.25" cylinder playing on ten airs and with original tune sheet, no. 2842 fitted to the inside of the lid over a small painted panel depicting an Alpine scene, the case front inset with a two train clock striking on a bell, the case fitted to the sides with two ornate ormolu handles over a stepped plinth, 30.50" wide overall
This music box is in generally excellent condition and appears to have been re-polished and overhauled in the last ten years, there is a very slight warp to the lid, all appears in working order unsure if it is set to play on each hour, see images for guidance, personal viewing always advised where possible.
