Haseler, Birmingham 1905, of open oval form centred by a collet set mother of pearl oval panel and hung with a fresh water pearl, together with a Sterling silver and enamel butterfly brooch, sponsor's mark JA&S (in lozenge) and numbered 2393, wingspan 3 1/4" (2) (Part Illustrated) (Est. plus 24% premium inc. Haseler 3cm wide, 3.5g gross, good, clear marks, no repair, butterfly has small enamel defect to left wind middle black panel, and small chip to lilac enamel (same side) next to thorax the join between the right throrax and wing has old repair to enamels (appears darker and a little raised), but silver not damaged
