A 19th century Italian scagliola plaque depicting travellers, shepherds and cattle drovers passing classical ruins, in a gilt gesso frame, 20 x 33cm
Overall looks to be in honest untouched condition, rather dirty and with a small chip to the lower right corner which is almost concealed by the frame but otherwise good, frame has been overpainted in gold relatively recently, no labels or inscriptions verso. Frame overall 36 x 49.5cm
