A SECOND WORLD WAR GERMAN KRIEGSMARINE DAGGER. With a 25 cm pointed double edged blade with central double fuller, marked to the ricasso for Eickhorn Solingen. The cross piece with release button and fouled anchor motif, with wire bound white composition handle beneath an eagle with folded wings. In scabbard with oak leaf mounts and twin ring suspension. 42 cm overall.
A war trophy from the vendors ancestor. Probably a late war example. Good condition with light rubbing.
