A good Continental serpentine fronted commode, 19th century, possibly Swiss or Austrian, walnut veneered over pine, with inlaid parquetry surface of various specimen woods inside a wide border and cushion veneered edge, three serpentine fronted drawers below with gilt metal escutcheons, with key, raised on bun feet, 126 by 70 by 84cm high.
