Marie Amelie was the daughter of Ferdinand 1st of the Two Sicilies and Maria Carolina of Austria. She married Louis Phillippe, King of the French in 1809. She was the last Queen of France. Marie died in 1866 whilst in exile at Claremont House, Surrey aged 83. She is buried at the Royal Chapel, Dreux, France.
