A fine 19th century mahogany longcase clock with an arched painted Roman numeral dial with subsidiary seconds and calendars dials, eight day movement, the corners painted with the poets Burns, Ramsay, Ferguson and Scott the arch depicting lady of the lake. The hood having a pierced crested top. the trunk door flanked by reeded columns raised on compressed bun feet, pendulum and weight present, 227cm high.
