A large 19th century Chinese porcelain punch bowl; centrally decorated with a mythical qilin-style creature within blue lappets, the inner border decorated with diapers and fens amongst bamboo and prunus etc., the outer body similarly decorated in enamels with various flowers etc. (small chip emanating from rim turning into a 6cm hairline) (28.5cm diameter)
