A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN JAR AND COVER BEARING KANGXI FOUR CHARACTER MARK TO THE BASE, the cover decorated with rocks, fences and foliage, the jar with figures in a landscape to the front side, the reverse side largely undecorated but with two insects, height 37cm to top of finial, jar height 27cm, together with two late 19th century Chinese Canton Famille Rose cylindrical covered jars, polychrome enamelled with flowers, insects and birds, height 11cm and 7cm, jars have red painted marks inside lid (both jars are chipped, paint missing in some areas), and an early 20th century Japanese satsuma figure group, some wear to gilding (4) (Condition Report: a large glued chip to neck of jar and three further stained cracks running vertically through the top rim, some surface dirt / sticky patches, cover has a minor glaze fault along the top rim, damage to other pieces is mentioned in description)
