A Chinese purple damask jacket, circa late 19th / early 20th century, decorated with black and turquoise embroidered braiding with auspicious symbols, butterflies and flowers embroidery, 63cm long

The turquoise braiding is stained, but could be replaced, the purple damask is in good condition as is the black embroidered braid, the lining has stains and marks to the neck and body of garment.
