Hampden Watch Co. gold plated lever set pocket watch, serial no. 1462297, circa 1900, signed 17 jewel adjusted movement with safety pinion, compensated balance and regulator, the decorated dial signed 'W_Co' with Roman numerals, minute marks and subsidiary seconds, blued steel moon hands, within a B.&B. Royal engraved screw case, 55mm (movement requires attention)
Movement - the movement functions but the balance intermittently sticking and the movement stopping - requires attention.
Dial - light surface marks.
Glass - light surface marks.
Hands - light surface marks.
Case - rubbing to the engraving, heavy rubbing to the gold plating on the case back, stem and bow.
Crown - adjusting correctly.
