(recorded Oct. 5 - Nov. 4) and violet boxed "N.Z MILITARY POST OFFICE / OCT 7 1914 / EXPEDITIONARY FORCE" (44x26mm), recorded used at Trentham for two weeks (Sep. 25 - Oct. 8) prior to its use on a troopship; and a stampless postcard of Hobart posted at sea by a member of the Army Postal Service staff with the same 44x26mm N.Z Military Post Office handstamp dated OCT 25 1914, and violet "15/62 Sergt.
