Borlase studied at the Bromley School of Art between 1940-1944 followed by two years at the Royal College of Art London and then at Kingston School of Art until 1950. As well as painting, she also had an interest in printmaking, and was a regular exhibitor at the Royal Academy. This collection includes framed and glazed artworks titled 'Night', 'Yordale' and 'Chapel le Dale'. Largest measuring approximately 37cm x 56.5cm.
