Early 20th Century Bicorn Hat
black beaver bicorn. Black acorn decorated braid lines. The side with black silk rosette and two gilt braid lines. Each end of the bicorn with gilt wire tassels. Cream leather sweatband. Cream silk lining with "Johns & Pegg" maker's stamp. Contained in its japanned tin box. Brass name label named "C J Vernon Wentworth Esq. Grenadier Guards".
