An album of late 19th century monochrome photographs, the Tochi Valley Expedition, the inside front board inscribed 'Lt Col G Wingate Recd 24th October 98', including images of Maizar, Trees under showing where Subadar Sundar Singh was killed, Burning of Dreplari, Ruins of Dreplari, Destruction of Towers Sherani, A&S Highlanders demolishing walls of Sherani, Lundi Khel after destruction, Rifle Brigade on march and 1st Punjab Infantry on march amongst others, each image approx. 14.5 x 20 cm
