£600
An early 18th century and later yew wood veneered oak chest of two short and three graduated long drawers, on bun feet, 94cm wide, 56cm deep, 88cm high
Overall in fair to good condition with a rich mid gingerish tone throughout, old cracks, splits and patches throughout the top and similarly so on the drawer fronts, sides with old natural flaw cracks showing through the timbers and further patching, some small losses to the lower moulding, feet look later, handles are later, quite probably a period oak that at a later date received the yew wood additions.
