A Victorian patchwork blanket or throw, decorated with multitone square and diamond and other lozenges in a geometric and floral design, signed M H, dated 1861, approx 260cm x 240cm
There four hole repairs in the form of patches to verso, each patch measuring approx. 10cm x 8cm, and an area of re-stitching. But apart from this, and some very slight fraying to corners, the overall condition looks very good, please see additional images for close- up details.
