A late 17th century oak and boxwood chequerbanded wainscot chair
The leaf carved scrolling cresting carved with the initials, 'G. P' above a scrolling flower and bird carved panelled back, above downswept arms and a board seat, on baluster turned legs joined by stretchers, with restorations and replacements, 56cm wide, 40cm deep, 115cm high, seat height 46cm.
