£130
Railway. B.R. Steam. Approx. 230 x 35mm, duplicate colour slides, the majority of which are on Gepe glass mounts (some are cracked). The slides are believed to be "one off" duplicates and not available commercially, so a rare opportunity for some good 1960's photographs. There are one or two Colour Rail dupes in the collection. The majority feature steam traction North of the border with some others in the North of England in the early-mid 1960's. Locations include: Comrie, Greenock Ladyburn, Dollar, Bowling, Gretna Green, Newton Stewart, Wemyss Bay, Ulverston, Partick East, Ayr Harbour, Kincardine, Fraserburgh, Kentallea, Oban, Seafield Leith and many others. There are also a few docks and shipping slides mixed in. The majority are captioned. No copyright. Sample illustrated.
