Customs & Coastguard 1839 pattern percussion pistol, round 6" pinned barrel, lock a stepped percussion conversion. Lock engraved with Crown V.R. and dated 1843. Barrel marked Crown over "B" over "3". Brass furniture, captive rammer missing, strong mainspring but doesn't engage. Good walnut stock, overall service wear, Calibre approx 22 bore / .577.
