Depreciated Currency. 1863-75 Unpaid stampless entire letters to USA, all from or via England with various depreciated currency datestamps of New York or Boston, many differing rates for U.S Notes, including letters from Sicily with forwarding agents cachets of Heath & Co., London (2), letters from France, Sweden or Argentina (Buenos Ayres British P.O c.d.s), 1870 letter carried by Cunard "Tariffa" which suffered mechanical problems at Queenstown so transferred to the "City of London", letters carried on the maiden voyages of the "Parthia", "City of Dublin", "City of Montreal" or "City of Paris" or the final voyage of the "City of New York", etc. (23).
