In the style of Nandalal Bose (Indian, 1882-1966): Dying Princess oil on canvas, subject appears to be inspired by an image from the Ajanta caves, Bose was commissioned by the Indian government to recreate some of the cave paintings, gouache on canvas, 59 by 74cm, glazed and framed, 75 by 89cm.
