£550
An Art Deco sapphire and diamond flowerhead ring, with central deep cornflower blue sapphire surrounded by fourteen smaller diamonds, size P, 3.0g
There are no marks to the ring - possibly because it is quite worn and the marks may have rubbed away, on testing we cannot tell if it is white gold or platinum, however it is one of the two.
With regard to condition as previously indicated the shank is quite worn and somewhat thin, there is a big chip to one diamond and another looks cracked, the diamonds are quite cloudy - but this could be because the ring does need a clean. The sapphire has a small scratch to the surface of the table and looks to have a flaw/blemish to the centre at the bottom of the stone in the centre, there are some minor abrasions otherwise, it is 6.18mm in diameter.
