A 20th century North West Persian Hamadan carpet runner floor rug. The rug having a red ground, with four large repeating central medallions to a plain central field. The medallions each having hayat agaci style pattern to centre. The rugs inner, main, and guard borders each with polychrome geometric patterning. Tasselled fringes to ends. Measures approx. 325cm x 100cm.
