Fo+20pp+64 plates. Hardcover leather quarter binding. Housed in a cloth slipcase with decorative marbled edges. Marbled front and back boards. Gilt lettering to the spine. Six raised bands on the spine. The copy is a variant of the 150 copies with hand marbled paper and a superior slipcase. The collectors edition was bound by Peter Carstens.

This is a limited edition of 150 copies of which this is number 136.
