A GEORGE III SILVER TEAPOT AND STAND, of serpentine outline, dome oval hinged cover with fruitwood finial, fruitwood handle s.d., bright cut decoration throughout, oval cartouches, one with initials, the stand of matching outline, engraved initials to oval cartouche, on four splayed legs, maker Robert Hennell I, London 1792, approximate gross weight 19.8ozt, 617 grams (2) (condition: the teapot handle is cracked just above the bottom fitting, the finial slopes forward slightly, the teapot cover hinge is in good order but the front of the cover is sitting proud of the rim, dent to the bottom edge below the handle, the base is uneven, one of the legs on the stand has been repaired)
