Ersatz (economy issue) Waffen SS M43 Cap. This is a standard Heer (Army) cap that has a panzer collar skull covering the roundel. These were mainly issued to the Volksdeutsche who were made German citizens from other occupied Countries. Most of which we used as camp guards etc.
