A modern white gold (tests as 18ct), single stone oval cut Ceylon sapphire and two stone shield cut diamond set dress ring, by Musson, the sapphire weighing approximately 3.25ct, the diamonds with an approximate total weight of 0.72ct, size P, gross weight 14.5 grams.

Two sizing spheres to the shank. Minor nicks and surface scratches to the shank also. Tiny crack to one of the crown facets.
