A Meissen porcelain figure of a huntswoman, late 19th century, the figure modelled standing holding a shotgun with hound to her feet, underglazed blue crossed sword mark to the underside and impressed '290', incised '1539', 13.5cm high (at fault)
The piece shows a loss to the sheathed sword, a further loss to the bocage of the tree stump, and minor rubbing to the gilt highlights throughout. The rifle strap shows evidence of restoration.
