Fine mid 19th century mahogany grand piano by and inscribed Boisselot & Fils, Facteurs du Roi, Marseilles on the fascia board, also inscribed with the maker's name and no. 635 on the sound board, straight strung, within a fine figured mahogany case with boxwood banding, supported upon slender baluster turned legs terminating in brass caps and castors, 68" long overall, 45.5" wide

There are two long hairline splits in the soundboard which need attention, but the soundboard does not need replacing, also a crack through the lid, otherwise expected wear and tear for age with more minor bruising, scratches and fading, see images for guidance, personal viewing advised.
