British 1853 Pattern Cavalry Trooper's Sword
33 1/2 inch, single edged, slightly curved , round tip blade. Large fuller. Forte stamped "D.P.". Steel, three bar guard and downturn quillon. Steel pommel. Checkered leather slab grip secured by 5 steel rivets. Some heavy pitting. Steel now painted black.
