Circa-1740, the sighted flat-topped round bronze barrels measuring approx. 33cm in length, the whole approx. 51.5cm, the attractively figured walnut stocks with raised scrolled carving surrounding the breech plugs and trigger guards, elaborate brass mounts throughout, with grotesque masks to butt caps and ramrod housings, the open-work side plates featuring classical figures amidst a profusion of scrolling (2)
