A mahogany twin pedestal partners desk, circa early 20th century, the rectangular top with moulded edges, above pedestals fitted with banks of three frieze short drawers and central long drawer, having turned handles, replicated to the opposing side, raised on skirted plinth base, together with a filing drawer, W185, D134, H79cm.
Provenance; This desk was commissioned by the Directors of Horsley, Smith & Co., Baltic Sawmills, Hedon Road, Hull for their personal use. See copy of a photograph in situ.

We payout our vendors within 14 days of the auction closing, we need to be sure the process is complete before authorising payment. Holding up payment, non communication about payment and collections slows this process down, breakdown of this may result in the buyer being blocked from bidding on multiple platforms, a situation so easily avoided. Please pay and collect promptly. There may be a charge for late collections. All details on our website or that of your chosen platform provider. You may contact us to arrange your own courier collection, printed labels or collection by a friend or colleague. Please note that we will ask for proof of consent.
