A large Indian sword khanda.Late 18th century, broad SE blade 68.5cms etched in imitation of watering, rivetted reinforcing strips gold damascened with pairs of confronting parrots and foliage, earlier iron hilt of conventional form gold damascened overall with flowering foliage, red and green fabric liner.
