A WHITE GLAZED STANDING GUANYIN, MARKED ZHU YONGCUN 20世紀 「朱永存造」青白瓷觀音立像 China, 20th century crisply potted standing, wearing long flowing robes billowing in the wind open at the chest to reveal an elaborate beaded necklace, her facial features finely and naturalistically formed providing a calm and serene expression with downcast eyes, the hair tied in a high chignon and secured by an ornate tiara, holding a duster and a basket of fish and lingzhi mushrooms. The bottom with two seal marks of artist ‘Zhu Yong Cun Zao’, all under a celadon milky-white glaze. H.49.5cm Provenance: Private collection from the southwest of France.
