A large Georgian silver verge fusee pocket watch by J Solomon, Canterbury, with protective outer case. Watch case and outer case hallmarked William Darker 1732. White enamel face with black Roman numeral hour markers and silver hands. Engraved movement marked J. Solomon Canterbury 20141. With a number of service receipts dating from the 1800's. In working order. Outer case approx. 36g. Watch approx. 5cm diameter, outer case approx. 6cm.
