The Great Train Robbery, an original 10 shilling note from the robbery complete with evidence sleeve from the trial, later signed by Bruce Reynolds, the leader of the gang, and Ronnie Biggs, the name perhaps most synonymous with it. A few signed notes can be found but very few have a direct link to the trial. Accompanying the lot is a copy of John Miller's "Former Soldier Seeks Employment" signed by Ronnie Biggs, believed to be the only copy he ever signed (John Miller being the kidnapper of Ronnie Biggs whist on the run in Brazil). A fabulous cross numismatic/social history lot.
