Please note payment of invoices must be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card by the Wednesday, Directly After this Auction.
All Collections are to be made by the Friday after the auction, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL COLLECTIONS ARE STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - PLEASE DO NOT SIMPLY TURN UP AS YOU MAY BE TURNED AWAY IF WE ARE BUSY WITH OTHER BUYERS. No Exceptions!
We offer an inhouse shipping service for small items. Any large quantity of items or large items, such as furniture or bulky / heavy parcels / items must be collected or we will arrange a courier at additional charge.
We offer a packing service which is an additional £7.50 + vat per parcel which will be added to the invoice plus the postage charge.
Shipping prices will start from £6.50 + vat.
By using our inhouse shipping service you are accepting that Nortrad Auctions and/or its management or staff do not and are not responsible for any loss or damage of your item/s once despatched. No refunds will be issued if items arrive broken or damaged as this is down to the postal or courier service.
Due to the sheer volume of postal requests and lack of staff it may take up to 14 working days for shipping to take place, so we ask that all buyers be patient.
Our fees, as a buyer are 20% + vat plus 3% + vat EasyliveAuctions internet fee, this is the 27.6%. Please note that we have a minimum charge of £2 + vat per Lot commission buyers fee.
All items are sold strictly as seen. You will have ample time to request a condition report prior to the auction day or arrange a viewing.
PLEASE NOTE: Any Items not paid for, including shipping or collected within the above terms will be charged for storage @ £5.00 Per Item/Lot Per Day plus Late Payment, (if this is applicable), @ £5 Per Invoice Per Day, (both fees are + vat). NO EXCEPTIONS.
No items will be released until full payment has been received, including any late payment fees, if applied.
Please be aware that by placing a bid(s) you are entering into a legal contract/agreement to pay for your item/s. Any non paying bidders, who have not paid within the above terms, will have their account placed on a Ban with Easy Live Auction and their account will be passed over to our recovery agents who may add further charges and take legal action to recover payment. Pay-out to vendors is made no earlier than 30 days from the end of the auction on all settled invoices. Please only bid if you intend to make payment and are happy with our T's and C's.
