An early 19th Century Indian Mughal Empire Tulwar ( Talwaar / Talwar ) sword. Disk shaped pommel wit ball finial, hilt with koftgari details, circular crossguard terminals and a muti fullered blade carved with courtly figures and wild animals. Measures approx 92cm.
