Prussian 1852 Pattern Light Cavalry Sword with curved fullered blade with etched decoration to both side "Damast Stahl" with Prussian Eagle. Spine of blade marked "Carl Balhsen in Hannover". Blade length 825mm. Steel guard with black leather covered grip. Overall length 960mm. Complete with steel scabbard with twin suspension rings.
Good cleaned condition with some old rust pitting to scabbard.
