A Victorian white metal combination vesta and sovereign case. The case having a scrolled etched design to the body and central vacant cartouche. The case having two hinged openings to reveal several compartments, one for a sovereign and one housing a toothpick. Unmarked. Surface tests indicate silver. Combined weight approx 50.5g. Measures approx 6cm x 3.5cm.
