Moulton-Barrett, Octavius. Octavius Moulton-Barrett (12 April 1824-11 Nov 1910) was Elizabeth Barrett Browning's youngest brother. He was a keen artist and studied under Sir Charles Barry. Upon his death, a portfolio of drawings he executed during the construction of the Houses of Parliament was gifted to the nation by his family.
