A GENTLEMAN’S 14KT ROSE GOLD PATEK PHILIPPE WRISTWATCH WITH POCKET WATCH MOVEMENT; the pocket watch movement is made by Patek Philippe in 1906 for jewellers Spaulding & Co (Chicago, Illinois, USA) with framed certificate of the archives extract by Patek Philippe. The movement has been professionally cased in solid 14KT rose gold with number of the movement (134790) etched onto one side of the case, sapphire crystal front and back, case size approximately 42mm (not including winding crown) x 11mm thickness. The movement is fully jewelled, nickel finished plates, gold gilt gear train, Patek 'Wolf's tooth' winding gear wheels, jewelled moustache-type lever, blued steel Breguet over-coil hairspring, bi-metallic balance with gold screws. The nickel plates are decorated with Cotes-de-Geneve damaskeening, bridges bevelled and polished, jewelled to the centre, fine Swan-neck micro-regulator, movement further adjusted to 8 positions for high accuracy. White enamel dial with scroll type numbers in midnight blue, periphery numbered seconds in red, seconds sub dial at 6 O'clock with midnight blue markers and red numbers, blue steel Breguet hands. The movement is signed 'Patek Philippe & Cie , Geneve, Suisse' with number 134790, 'Adjusted, Pat' and dated. The movement is also signed by the retailer 'Spaulding & Co'. The dial is signed 'Spaulding & Co' 'Patek Philippe & Cie Geneve'. So the watch is double signed, also the buckle clasp is signed Patek Philippe. The watch has an original Patek Philippe 18kt rose gold deployment clasp with Calatrava Cross, Hirsch alligator leather strap, total weight of the watch approximately 99 Grames. The watch comes with Patek Philippe wood effect box with chromed feet. (42mm diameter)
