A collection of late 19th Century 6 inch tiles in the Aesthetic taste, to include a WT Copeland & Sons plastic clay tile in the Japonisme style, circa 1870, decorated with cranes and bamboo, impressed mark and painted 939, a set of three dust pressed tiles for Sherwin and Cotton with flowers and branches, transfer printed and hand painted, and two dust pressed tiles by unknown makers with stylised flowers.
