A Chinese white metal mounted bamboo opium pipe, probably Qing Dynasty, with mottled spinach and ochre jade mouth and end pieces and white metal bands, the stoneware hexagonal bowl incised with a bi-disc, impressed marks to underside, the brass bowl mounting with ruyi scroll borders and glass cabochons, 24¼in. (61.5cm.) long.
* Condition: The bowl and mouthpiece are both loosely fitted with cotton wadding to the joints. The bowl mounting lug is steel, which is rusted and dented. Small chip to one cabochon. Small split to white metal band at mouthpiece end.
