A CHINESE CARVED STONE HEAD OF LUOHAN. Dark heavy grey stone with well carved features, deep lines to the forehead with long pendulous ears and prominent chin. Mounted on a later display stand. Head size approx. 30cm
Provenance: Collection of a local gentleman, by repute, acquired in Hollywood Antique Centre, Hong Kong early 1990s.
Overall good condition without repairs. But with some shallow losses and indents to the surface, the largest being to the back of the head.
