Extremely rare. The 13th (1st Somerset Light Infantry (Prince Albert’s) Medal of Merit for 14 years of good conduct. Originating in the 1760s, these medals were issued at the discretion of the unit. They were usually funded by the officers or the colonel of the regiment. This one appears with an original ribbon. Reproductions are not known. MYOMU.
