A substantial Burmese mid-Victorian silver offering bowl, approximate weight 2.35 Kg, diameter at rim 9 3/4", maximum diameter 13", height 8 1/4". The exterior decorated with repousse figures, their gaze directed upwards as if looking at the donor, with ornate floral decoration and scrollwork between, the base inscribed with a peacock.
